This place has outstanding customer service. Our technician Kat was excellent at keeping us informed weekly with a status of our vehicle. He took care of me during the process and ensuring I got my car back when promised. The management is extremely flexible on pricing and offering discounts upon request. I am extremely happy with the customer service and the value of the repair cost. The vehicle looks exceptional and I would recommend this place to my family/friends.

I have a 2004 Crown Vic and my AC compressor went out. Not gonna lie I was about to die with no AC! I stopped in and spoke with Kayla about my concerns and I have to say as stressed as I was she definitely made me feel at ease and less worried. I just couldn’t go another day without it. I’m riding around with my AC blowing colder than before! This is the place to go! No regrets with all the work I’ve had done there. Thanks Kayla for the greet & treats! Been here a couple times now and do recommend them. Like use of technology (send you itemized list with pictures) for maintenance items and don't try to oversell. Front desk staff very friendly and goes the extra mile. Had car in recently to replace tire pressure sensors. When they didn't have the right tool in house to reset the system for my specific year/model, they coordinated with a discount tire down the street to do it right away for free. On top of that gave some compensation for my time having to do that. It's what you call customer service. A rare thing these days

I requested a quote online and immediately received a response. The price to replace my window was half of what I was quoted from another company. The day of service, the tech (Michael Lapresta) called to tell me what time he would arrive and he was punctual. He explained everything he was going to do. He was very thorough, nice and very pleasant. Excellent service!!
