Where do I even begin? The appointment itself was like a fairytale, not to mention the charming little boutique! My appointment with Natalie was the best experience I could have hoped for. Her exceptional understanding of her dresses, combined with her wonderful personality, created the perfect atmosphere. It genuinely felt like shopping with a close friend rather than just a salesperson. Natalie's dedication to finding the customer's dream dress shines through in every aspect of the appointment. She goes above and beyond, from researching the venue beforehand to ensure a perfect match, to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in her shop. Natalie's expertise in dress styles and fabrications was immensely helpful throughout the dress selection process. She even encouraged me to try on certain styles that I didn't think I would ever consider, but I am so happy I did. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any future brides, and I would gladly pay the appointment fee again in a heart beat, it was worth every penny. Even if you don't find the perfect dress, which I believe I happily did, Natalie will undoubtedly assist you in choosing the best styles to suit both you and the venue, and she will make you feel like an absolute princess. I have been to a few bridal shops now, and I have visited Natalie's store twice—once for myself and once with my friend—and she treats every guest with the same level of care and attention. No other store comes close to hers; her exceptional service and personalised approach truly sets her apart!

I have taken so long to write this review (sister got married in April!) because I really feel like I wanted to take the time to write a goodie as I truly feel like her experience from start to finish is completely in a league of its own deserves a shining review - if I could give 6 stars, I would. Natalie has the more welcoming and warm energy and from the minute you walk into the palace you feel that. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellence in service and really asks all the questions so she can give her professional take and help you narrow down some options. She knows her stock inside out and is great and belong able to point out pros and cons to different design based on the preferences you’ve given her in the consult. The premises are pristine yet whimsical and magical. She makes you feel like a princess and is a hype girl in the best way. She takes so many pictures so you can look back and analyze your options once you leave before you hit your next fitting. Fritz her tailor is so brilliant. He’s so knowledgeable and talented and snatching the dress in all the right places and again just makes you feel so comfortable. Living the whole experience with my sister honestly made me want to get married again and walk out the chimney - if you follow her on instagram you’ll know what I mean. Speaking of socials - she’s so creative with her videographer husband Layton (who is incredible - book him for your wedding!) and they create so many great reels to showcase the dresses rather than just looking at pictures so you get a true feel of the garments. Natalie was really good at also teaching me, as the bridesmaid, how to place the dress and mentions things to me for my role that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. She’s really transparent about pricing and holds a range of dresses for different budgets and often does sales on samples. I also love that her sizing is so inclusive - curvy or slight, petite or tall, you’ll find your dream dress here and feel like a damn queen in the process. If you’ve made it this far in my review - firstly well done 😉 and secondly I hope I’ve managed to convince you - seriously, don’t even bother booking anywhere else, save your time and money. This is the holy grail of gowns and she’s is the fairy godmother of your dreams.

I visited Natalie Rose Bridal back in 2021 long before my wedding in March 2023 and was blown away by her stunning store and the incredible gowns from top designers. The moment I found my dream dress at the Pink Palace, I was head over heels in love with it. Natalie is an absolute wealth of knowledge and takes exceptional care in helping you find exactly what you are looking for. After visiting her store, I didn't feel the need to go anywhere else as I had found everything I could have hoped for with her. If you're searching for a wedding dress that will take your groom's breath away and leave everyone speechless, look no further than Natalie Rose Bridal. My wedding dress is everything I could have asked for and more, and I couldn't recommend Natalie more highly.

I found the dress of my dreams thanks to Natalie! Her passion for making fairytales become a reality is so refreshing in an industry with so many options and big daunting decisions to make ✨️ I appreciated her honest openness and daring encouragement. I will never regret the dress and accessories I chose! Her pink palace is a dreamy place to be and she has the best recommendations for all the other parts a bride needs. Highly recommend 💖

Natalie was amazing ! After being body shamed at another Auckland store, Natalie helped me pick the most beautiful dress that I fell in love with. She had my back, went out of her way to support me, boost my confidence and made me just feel beautiful all together. Cannot thank her enough! definitely recommend to future brides.

Just wow. Natalie was a superstar from the second I walked into her store. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel just lovely.Natalie could not do more for me, from letting me try on the dress again to helping me match my shoes. I felt as though I was chatting to an old friend every time I saw her.I felt incredible on my wedding day and that was hugely down to my dress so thank you Natalie 💕

I was getting married in 2-3 months from engagement (which I do not recommend) and live 4 hours out of Auckland so it was such a stressful time to find a dress/plan a wedding on top of full time work. I was visiting Auckland for a day to find the perfect dress and Natalie’s shop was the first one I had booked into. I had an idea of the kind of dress I wanted, however, Natalie first put me into another dress which I immediately fell in love with and new this was the one. She has an eye for dresses that suit your shape/size with lots of knowledge on fabrics etc. She also made sure I got my dress on time and altered with the time pressure. it was such a fun experience too! First dress I tried on was the one I got married in and in the end we cancelled all other bookings at other stores. 5/5 highly recommend!

I cannot recommend highly enough.By far the most special and memorable wedding gown experience I have had and I have been to A LOT (I mean I’m talking probably 7-10 bridal boutiques - Covid cancelling wedding, purchased a dress in 2019 that’s just not me anymore etc. etc.).Natalie is amazing, I felt so welcome and special during my appointment and subsequent recent dress fitting. The gowns are beautiful, the boutique is beautiful and so is Natalie 💕
