Descent gym, they have a basketball court and two levels. They also have an area where you can box, shared with the yoga studio. Be mindful that they have many classes. Day losses are about $20, and they give no exceptions for the military. The location is right near chic fil a and not far from the mall.

Visiting from out of state - Tyler helped me find a way to use this gym during my visit with my existing membership benefits. It’s also got the best equipment of the many LAfits I’ve been to, and is very clean in general. Great gym with great staff.

I am relatively new to this LA fitness about 1 month but have been to plenty of other LA fitness locations and this one is really sub par. The one thing that kills me every single day is that the dumbbells are not in any kind of order. It takes minutes of searching to find the set you are looking for. All it would take is ONE time of someone organizing them, and people would put them back in the right place moving forward. The equipment is older, which is fine, but it also seems that a lot of it is out of order at any given time. There are no half size dumbbells, which also throws off my workouts. I’ve never seen a single employee walking around to clean up or anything. Overall it just seems like lazy management. I still come out of convenience but do wish there was a better option.

The equipment sucks. Most of the pulley machines stick. The dumbbells are in no order. And they close at 7pm on the weekends. Way too early. You need better hours and equipment. The staff is always nice. That’s a plus.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. All the cable machines get stuck when trying to use them. Not a lot of mat space. Limited weights and kettlebells by the mats. Just seems very unkept. Marlton location is much better.

Good gym. Please clean pool area/locker rooms/ and weight floor more. Very populated gym. The current cleaners are great but need more of them in my opinion

Listen..IYKYK!!!! Come here and see Tyler coming from out of town back home for the holidays he went above and beyond to keep us on our health & fitness routine. Customer service was friendly, quick but yet detailed. If I had a choice I would choose LA Fitness over and over because of Tyler! Thank you so much! We will see you soon.

Place is a dump. Tread mills are in terrible shape. Lifting machine that stick cause they haven’t been greased, and missing micro adjustment pins in practically all of them. Staff that just pass the buck and don’t care

Jacuzzi always cold about 90° 5 out of the 7 days in the week ..the sauna it's on average 80° with a max heat of 100° staff is nice it's not there fault they try the equipment all needs maintenance.... this is and update since my post as of June 2023 they have improved on all complaints and is much better now

Tyler, the manager, is amazing and extremely accommodating. It addition to having a membership my son 16 and I have a training plan with LA Fitness and out trainer Jim is amazing. The gym keeps up with making sure everything is clean and operational.
