There was nothing wee about Daniel O'Donell's earnings last year with the Donegal favourite raking in millions by the end of 2023.

Daniel is the owner, by way of a holding company, and is also listed as a director of D.O.D Promotions Limited, as is his wife Majella and his personal assistant Patricia Swan.

Newly filed accounts that run to the end of D.O.D's Promotion's financial year in October 2023 showed that the singer's company makes most of its earnings from his live performances.

By Halloween 2023, the company's records show that it had fixed assets worth €2.6million, as well as further assets including cash amounting to just under €1.25million.

It's the first time that D.O.D Promotions has reported a profit since before the pandemic and Daniel's accumulated profits rose to €3.8 million last year, a jump of €54,358, according to the Mirror.

News of his earnings comes after the contents of Daniel's beloved former home Donegal Shore House went under the hammer in March, with the lots including designer furniture and collectibles including original contents of the home.

Daniel sold the house for €3m in 2007 and subsequently moved into a four-bedroom home down the road in Kincasslagh. He put his Dublin penthouse on the market in 2022.

Daniel is set to continue raking in the dough in the coming months with tours of both the US and Canada in the works.
